The effects do not work

Opening a Reveal effect window, I defined an effect. In Preview mode it works, but unfortunately, opening the website in both of Chrome and MS Edge browsers I see an empty space instead of object.
Anybody help me?

Check if you have php support with your provider, you need php support for effects and e-mail and other items.
You can also go to your admin panel, add /admin behind your webadres. The login for the admin is found in x5 step 1 settings, advanced-> acces managemend.
Do the test there, it could be that the panel also does not work correct without php support.
If there is php support then do a new full upload, goto website, press F5 in your browser and see if it works then.
