An Error Has Occured

I keep getting this error the first time I open the program and try to make a change. Then the program force closes and when I re-open the program it takes forever to load the project (much longer then when I open the project without getting this error). I have attached a picture here.
I have cleaned up the project to do away with any unneccesary pages and have also cleaned up the server.
It has been happening much more often than it ever has.
ANY IDEAS?

Copy the details from the error message and let us know this, so the cause of the error can be determined.

Does this happens only with this project?
Can you please test if with a new project does the same happens?
Please follow the advise of JJ. Juag and copy the content in the details tab and paste it here so we can see on what it depends.
