Http error 500 on email form

My contact form is no longer working. After hitting send I receive an http error 500, www.symphonyoftrees.com is currently unable to handle this request. I believe it started after the last update possibly? Today is Monday 11/11 and it was working on Saturday 11/9.

first of all, verify your PHP version...
you need PHP version 8.0 or 8.1 or 8.2 contact your Host
I have the same issue, and it began at the same time as yours. Did you find a solution?
