I am unable to publish my web page. It keeps asking for a ftp and i have contacted my ISP and they advised that I need to contact your company. I have had this program for a while now and have not been able to use it.

That's strange they shoould provide it to you. Do you have it then fill the information in in step 5. (upload website) Else return to your provider.
