Try to use the html5 gallery and see if that one works.

Check also if the provider your are using has support for PHP, else you might need to upgrade your hosting contract. The gallery's usually need php support from the website hosting company.

Marguerite, I found many galleries and pictures and all appear fine. Did you try refresh your browser (CTRL F5) or perhaps try a different browser you don't normally use?

As Serg said, if there is a problem on a specific page, please provide the link.

Marguerite, it appears the images are corrupt within the slideshows.

I have had this happen for a variety of reasons, but the most common is when they are too large.

If you do not have other suitable software then irfanview is a free download. I recommend you resize/resample each image down to a maximum of 1024px wide (although your website requires no more than 420px for those in the corrupted slide shows) and then replace the faulty images (I would replace them all because the page will load significantly faster).

You should also take note of Andre's post - if you are not doing so already, try using the html gallery

Please let us know if this does not fix the problem.

Enzo, you should start your own post so we can deal with your issue, however, you are using V9, and I suspect you a using flash slide shows (which work fine on my PC thru Firefox with the flash plug-in).

Your slideshows should work in all browsers if you use the html5 slide shows/galleries.

Flash is no longer supported on many platforms, and is being phased out on most browsers.

Keep in mind you should resize your images to the final size required, don't simply throw images into a slide show directly from the camera or phone.

You should also be aware that there are many advantages to moving up to Evolution V13, not the least of which is turning your site into a responsive site suitable for viewing on phones and tablets.

Have a great day.

On the subject of what has already been anticipated, ...the gallery works well on browsers that support Flash. Now in the habit of extinction.
And it does not work on a "mobile" device.
...!... V.9 is obsolete for several years and has > come out of service...!...
With v.9 (9.1.12.1975) you can convert Flash galleries to HTML5.

I have resized all of my photos using Irfan View from the very begining a few years ago. Why has the problem arisen suddenly?

As it is a school website will I have to notify every user of which browser thet will need to use?

This is quite difficult to do.

If it has always worked, then try to do a full upload, when visiting the site press F5 in your browser and see if it works (again).
