Audio/Video files not working in site preview

I downloaded the demo version to try out this product. When adding an audio or video file to a page, they do not play when in the mode of site "preview." The control bar for both the audio/video appears on the page, but when manually clicking on play, nothing happens. I've tried different audio file formats including WAV, MP3 and M4A, and the video file I tried is formatted as MP4. Btw, I tried inserting a youtube video link and that worked just fine (both sound and video), but when inserting a "local file on PC" for either audio or video, nothing plays. Any help is appreciated in continuing to work with this product.

Not all drivers are available in the preview pane.
What you can do to test this is start a full website localy, you can do this in the top right corner of the preview, select there a different browser (depend on what you have installed on your pc) try one of these, they probably will work. It's a bit extra but only needed for video. try to use always mp4 files.
Hello Todd,
Please try to install the flash player plugin on every browser on your computer and once done start again the program to test if then it works.
In any case this is only related to the preview since once exported online it will work correctly.
Many thanks!
Hello Todd
Beware that your mp4 video file, must be H264 encoded. If it is not, then you will have problems.
It is not only to be pre-viewed you have to use this encoding - it is also to be viewed on the web it has to have this encoding.
I don't know if your trial version has the same possibility as v. 13 pro, but if it has, then you can in preview choose a browser in the upper right corner when previewing. My default preview-browser will never show the video - I have to choose a browser as Chrome, or Firefox, if I want to see the video in preview.
Kind regards
