Email form and contact form not working

The problem is user is not able to put any information in the form, contacted my hosting, they say its the web builder software which is x5 10. The url is www.shoresairportride.com

Joe, I can not find anything on your website I can click on except your menu and the adverts (is there anything other than your forms that should be clickable?).
Assuming your site used to work, have you added any new 3rd party code recently? Does your site work in preview on your PC?
If it was me I would (temporarily) remove any 3rd party code (adsbygoogle?) and if that fixes the issue, look closely at the code and where it should be inserted.
Unfortunately support by Incomedia for V10 has now ceased, others on the helpcentre will continue to assist if we can.
Try using the guestbook as a workaround and set the comment management system to Website x5. This is how I did it.
