I just purchased WebSite X5 Professional 13, after I run the link to download the file, file is deleted, even with antivirus is turned off. I used the link from email to download the programm to another PC, I when I run it, I get the message that the file is corrupt. I need a Good link to download a file, there is no option to do it in my profile. THank you. Arthur

Arthur, can you try an alternative browser? Perhaps Chrome, Firefox, IE or Edge?
When transferring the installable from the other PC, are you copying it to your PC or attempting to install from a USB stick (not recommended)?
The option to download the latest installable will appear under download in your profile once the software has been registered I believe.
