Hello everyone.
I want to know if there is a way that on different pages where I publish products (I do not use a product catalog or shopping cart), will show related or recommended products or suggestions of similar articles.

Example of what I want to achieve in this link:

I use WebSite X5 Professional 13.
Regards!

Hello Marcos

A possible solution :

You make a subdirectory to your site.

In here you make a site where you do not use template.

Then you have some pages on tis sub-site.

Each page is a page where each product is in an object ( filling a whole row )

You make an anchor for each object.

Then on Your "real" site you make a page for each product. Each page has an iframe in the top and one in the bottom.

The top of the page is an iframe where you present the product via the anchor. ( no scrolling )

The bottom iframe is a frame where you via the anchor presents the same (sub)page, but starting with another product from the same (sub)page.

This iframe should be scrollable. In the related products ( the lower iframe ) you will see also the product you present, when scrolling ( but you can say it is also related :-)   )

Doing it this way you only have to make a page ( the sub page )  one time and then you have a product and all the related products - for each product on the page you also have the related products.

You have to make as many pages on yor "real" site as you have products, but the pages can be copied, and only the URLs for the iframe has to be edited.

Another way is, to use a page for every product, and then use objects ( text and images ) to describe the product and the related products. This could be troublesome I think.

There is a lot of other solutions, but I think that iframe could be a solution.

Kind regards

John S.

Hello Marcos,

you can follow the John's suggestions.

Automatically with WebSite X5 is not possible. You can create these lists manually.
