I have faced that problem about 3 months ago on older version. My advices are these (someone else might have better advises):

First check is your email address correct and other settings on the form too, then try to upload website again by using WebsiteX5 program and click "Upload all WebsiteX5 files to the internet".

Test it, and if it won´t help, Log in to your hosting manager / File Manager system / etc, so you are be able to delete some files from your web root. Now you must be careful what you delete. I deleted all WebsiteX5 files what I had uploaded and then I uploaded files back. And voilá, email is working.

If you have some dynamic content on your websites, this tip won´t be good for you, because you will lost all data what other users (if there is other users who can edit your website) have written.

I had the same problem, I solved this ... I deleted the "imemail" folder from the server and then I re-exported the entire site online. I do this every 3-4 months. Unfortunately websiteX5 can not overwrite after modifying some files and these probably cause the conflict. You can also try this solution. I hope you can help me with this solution

Thanks Jarkko S. and A. Kris for taking your time and suggesting your solutions. I am afraid deleting the X5 directories from the FTP and uploading the website again did not resolve the problem. I am thinking to upgrate the X5 from V10 to V13, which is using the latest version of the PHP script. My only worry is that I may encounter some hickups from graphics on various pages.

Maybe you could use the SMTP option for mailing - if you do already then :-(

You could upgrade now to v13 but be aware that you will probably have different issues when you import from a v10 to a v13.

As you have all the material, I think it will give the best result if you make it all from "scratch". Of course you can clip and paste text, so you dont have to do it ALL again.

And be aware that at the moment there is no "discount" when upgrading from v10 - and if you buy v13 now, then you have to pay ( probably with discount )  again when a new version 14 will come in near future.

Im 100% sure that the old version php is still ok. Can you make a "blanco" websites with email option and upload it to another domain name/test webpage? Then test email on that new domain.

El v.10 hace uso del protocolo antiguo con el correo función de PHP (), cerrado en todos los servidores.
Tiene usted razón para ir a la v.13, que está en orden con el protocolo de correo SMTP Mailer PHP.
Comprobar y aprovechar las ofertas para usted en su perfil. (Además de responsive y mobile friendly).

(IT) - la v.10 fa uso del vecchio protocollo con la funzione PHP MAIL(), oramai in disuso su tutti i server.
Fai bene a passare alla v.13, che è in ordine con il protocollo MAIL SMTP PHP Mailer.
Controlla ed approfitta delle offerte per te nel tuo profilo. (oltre che responsive e mobile friendly).
