Error after import a project

after import a projet made with the same version coming from my other notebook w2hen I try to open my projet I get this message:
"These is an error in xlm document (1, 3090)"

Try again making an export of the project in step 5 . Before that start preview with ctrl button. Then try to copy on another medium usb? Then import again. Maybe set fierwall / vieusscanner off before export an import

Try also to check the program has the latest update installed. In case of difficulties to install the update, you can proceed to download the full installer from your profile under the "Downloads" section and then install it.

Hi Claudio I tryed download the full installer but in the downloads section there are only the language manual of the program. Where I can download the new update pack?

You should see something like this under download. Click the button indicated and the fully updated installer should download.
