I installed a licesned website X5 Professional 13 on Windows 10 and it was working fine until few days. I started getting this error when starting the program or trying to load the project: An error occurred while running the program. Please reinstall the program (ConfigError: Currencies) - See attached image.
So, I went ahead and uninstalled the program and re-installed again, but now I am getting the same error and unable to open any project. Please help.

Adam, did you install from a file already on your PC, or did you download a fresh copy frpm downloads under your profile (top right)?
Does WX5 start up but only crash when you load a project?
If so, can you create a new project and work reliably?
If this works, can you reload an existing project from a backup or perhaps you have an iwzip of the project?

I downloaded a fresh copy of the software from your website under my profile. However, I was getting the same error over and over, until I deleted the Incomedia\WebSite X5 v13 - Professional folders under C:\user\<my id>\AppData\Local, then re-installed the software and it works fine. There is something wrong with config.xml file that caused this error to become persistance. Now it is working after spending hours and days on this issue. Please fix it.
