Activation error 322.  I bought v14, installed it on a new Windows 10 64-bit laptop, entered the email that I used to purchase the license and product key provided via email, and then I received Activation Error 322.

Adam, if you previously used a different email address for earlier versions you could try this as your V13 may be linked to it through an upgrade?

I don't have v13 any more since I reset the PC.  Why is it so complex to activate a new version v14 that I paid for it?

Can you send me an upgrade product key from v13 to v14 under *** email account? If not, please refund me the v14 new lincese fees, and I will purchase an upgrade to v14.  Thanks

I can see that your version 14 is now correctly registered to this account. 

As to v13, you can download it again from the section "Downloads" of your account.
