How to edit the registration form in the X5 Evolution 13 ?

One project page is accessible only after unlocking.
When I go to her (as an alien user), a registration form with two buttons will appear: register and enter.
Is it possible to delete the register button?
I want to define the user as an administrator, I will assign the login and password to them.

Standard in x5 not. But the button is there not to register directly but to lead the visitor to a page where you can set a register email form or a text where you explain how registering works.
You can create a page and hide it in the menu with the hide button on top and then link this hidden page in acces managment. This a user is informed on how to registor or ask for acces by a mail form.
I suggest to use it, this makes your website more professional.
