Upgrading to X5 version 14

I am currently using X5 version 13 and would like to upgrade to version 14.
On 09/09/2017, I received a newsletter indicating the following: - [Ends Tomorrow] 50% OFF New WebSite X5 v14
Now, when I click on Buy, to purchase version 14, I am not sure if the price is still on 50% offer.
(The newsletter states the following):
"Offer valid from Sep 5, 2017 to Sep 10, 2017 (GMT) for WebSite X5 Professional 11, Professional 12 and Professional 13 users only.
This offer is only applicable to pre-orders paid within and not after October 17, 2017".
But if I pay before October 17th, am I still eligible for the offer price of 50% less?
