I purchased Website creator October 11, 2017 (yesterday), the electronic version I downloaded was version 13 rather than the current version 14. I tried to download version 14 today but your website said a have version 12 and therefore I am assuming must be upgrade it at the cost of $60.00. I have version 13 not 12. What is the solution to this problem?

I understand that the official release will be on the 18.10.17 . What I do not understand “you cant get the program if you havent payed for the pre-release offer last month” I have not idea what you are talking about I bought the software yesterday I have no idea what your offers were last month.
In your website “special offers” in the section “see your offers, Walther M.” it mentions I got Website X5 Evolution 12, I do not have evolution 12, I have evolution 13 and Evolution 14 should be free. The problem is that I have to pay $60 dollars to upgrade to version 13, I have version 13.
