Problem changing "bullets" color in evolution 14

I have been unable to change the "bullets" color when I change the color of the text, they always stay gray. What is the solution to this problem?

Walther, Andre's method is the most flexible. According to Incomedia the bullet colour will always be the default text colour (step2 template, text field and button style, page text, set colour). We are all hopeful Incomedia will some day remedy this so the bullets reflect the text colour in the list (most of us would also like the bullet size to reflect the text size).
