Error creating folder

I am trying to upload my web site but keep getting the message error creating folder please try again later.
How can I fix this problem with V14.
My V11 program does not have this problem and I am using the exact same details for V14.

delete the destination folder top right when making connection, then set it manually after that x5 will ask to set this as default, say yes and all should work.
On the load line to the hosting via FTP client-WebSite x5 put a slash (/) in front of all the data

In Step 5 in the export settings in the "Destionation folder" field enter / in front of all content you have. If the field is empty enter / only and then try again.

Just tested on 2 different projects and 2 different providers, empty destination folder and with or without the forward slash / I made connection. (both way's work for me)
But it probably depends on provider as well.
on mine I did like claudio said and put the / infront of public_html and it finally worked... We will see if it continues but for now I am good
