Menu Links Will Not Update Custom File Name Links

After uploading a new webpage, I realized how stupid the url was so I went back to map and changed it. The page uploaded with the new name and the links work, but the menu failed to update and still points to the old page.
this is the new name:
http://www.midvalleytitans.com/game_3_2017.php
but the menu still points to the automatic name:
http://midvalleytitans.com/3---oxnard-gold.php
I have tried uploading all files to the internet / deleting everything, renaming the page again and everything else I could think of, but it does not fix. I had to copy the page with the bad name so that the site functions, but obviously this is not a solution.
How do I force refresh the menu?

Try to press Ctrl when previewing the project.
Then upload the site again.
Then clear the browsers cache by pressing Ctrl+F5.
Then all should be Ok.
Most probably it is the browsers cache that shows the "old" page.

I forgot about the ctrl-preview thing as I have had to use this many times in the past, but I had already tested for cache by using another browser, it was not the cache, but refreshing the preview did resolve the problem. Hopefully changing the name of a page will force a reset on the next X5 release as this should be automatic IMO.
