I purchased the Incomedia Website X5 Professional 14 on Oct 30, just 7 days ago, and discovered it can not do what I want it to do. I bought it to build an online store but it does not allow me to give customers multiple options, which I need to do. I would like get a refund so that I may find a program that will do everything I need. How do I begin this process? Who do I need to contact request a refund?
