Images stay in project even though they aren't used anywhere.

I have been changing a lot of the images on my website when I noticed that all of the old images get uploaded too. I did a full folder erase and exported the project online and found the old images still present. I have tried everything from holding ctrl while opening previews and much more but I haven't been able to find a working solution. Is there any way to fix this?

I have the same problem. Have tried everything I could think of but no luck. This is really something the devs got to fix.

Yea I have 1GB of space on my host and almost 500MB is used by the unused images...

try to go in the path of the folder of the project (C:\Users\youusername\Documents\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v14 - Professional) and in the folder of the project delete the folder "Preview" and "upload".
Then open the project anc click on the preview, connect to your server and remove all files of the old site.
Export the site completely.
