Sticky menu and regular menu sending me to differnt pages

Looking at the regular menu when I go to a link it just sends me to the home page.
Looking at the sticky menu when I go to a link the home page will send me to the blog, and the blog page will send me home. How did this happen? Orginally I had the home page go to blog but it did not work the way I wanted so I changed it.
Under map, under properties I have the home page as home page, and the "blog" page pointed to the blog

Try a complete upload, or better yet delete files on the webserver and then do full upload.
Refresh with F5 if you visit the site and then see if the problem is solved.
