exporting project to laptop, i get this message : there is an error in XML document (1.2789) -
exporting a second project and I get similar messsage but the number is 1.3549

Luca, do you get this error during export or import.
Are you exporting to hard disk, transferring to USB and copying the iwzip to the laptop?

error message while loading the project that I have exported via USB

You export to the local hard disk, can you import straight back in on the same PC (this will not overwrite the existing project). If each iwzip imports correctly, copy to the hard disk on the laptop before attempting import. Importing from a USB device is not reliable.
