Setting of responsivity

Hallo,
I have problem with setting of responsibility. If I do setting of responsibility and then I do preview of the page immediately after setting of responsibility all is OK, but after I safe project (by button "safe") or if I do another preview, page lost all setting of responsibility and is in default setting without setting of end of rows.
Is there any change how tu safe responsibility setting? Or is it fault of version 14?
I started work on new large project and this is something what can be big problem! In case problem of the version 14 I must use older version 13. I do setting of responsibility same way like in version 13.
I work with empty template and I create brand new designe alone.

Can you please send me a screenshot of the settings which are not saved and also write me the steps you follow so I can see on what it depends?

Dear Claudio,
I discovered the solution one hour after I wrote this question. Problem is, that in version 14 must be fullfil completely all positions of the line by some blocks of content. If you have any positions empty - the responsibility will not safed. So I fullfil empty positions by empty picture blocks and then is all OK (I add printscreen).

I just tried it in a new project but the settings in responsive were saved. Can you please tell me which exact setting was not saved?
