Invoices have messy alignment and no date

Invoice details are not aligned under headings like they used to be in V13 and there is no date.

I am talking about the invoices sent by email.

You can see from the screenshots that V13 is neater, more legible due to the grid lines and shading.
V14 invoice does not have these or background colour. also I believe the headings VAT etc. should be right justified.

Grid lines back after update, but data on shaded lines unreadable because it is in white.
Still no clear readable date!

The same options I used in V13 and V14 before update. Do you mean options in shopping cart now affect the email?
