It seems that new updates are very slow to come along.

When they do show up, well-documented oldbugs continue to exist.

l agree that the software has great potential, but I also agree that it needs to work!

I agree with you! the software has to work and updates need to be timely on users' requests to improve the situation of those who use the software.

How about microsoft?

They made an error and I could not maintain my exchange server, so I could not maintain any mail/adresses and so on. It toke them 6 weeks to solve and 1 week to admit they made a mess of it!

That's terible, and I will not tell you how much we pay for that service... grrrrrr.

More devlopers. and more beta testing in less time.

But without paying (much) more. That would be great.

But more serious:

a super support line, only for users that pay for that, so they get support faster and faster sollutions for there problems.

This way people that use it profesionaly, and are in need of faster solutions also get it.
