How to be sure that a question posted here does not wanish  en

Before I again (try to) post anything here I have to complain about another disappointment.

I've just used more than an hour decribing a very serious problem about THE missing IMAGEs when working with a X5 v14 Pro-project.

After that attatching a zipfile, writing tags ... and I merrely got to 100%, so I finaly could activate the posting-button ...

And then everything is just wanished.

What a mess!

Yes, yes I'll try again ... but somehow I have to report also THIS problem

Yes, yes ... NOW this much to tiny limitation also is stated e.g. beneth this post :)

But I am 200% sure that when I the day before yesterday posted https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/en/post/183015 with a 4Mb zipfile attached I was forced to wait while watching a green upload-slide passing by ... and then ending up with a CONFIMATION that my message was registered.

Not even when reading Claudio D answer I recognized that the expected attachment was / is missing.

Beyond that THIS message-thread is all about a NEW MESSAGE-thread that 3 times (once before and two times after, latest at about 1:30 in the middle of the night) completely disappeard when posted ... and i do belive that the 'fault' was that I have written a windows-path to a png-file including the backslashes into the message-box.

Hi Holger,

when you post an attachment you should please make sure that it does not exceed the limit of 1024 KB. To avoid problems, please create zipped folders.

As to the message which disappeared, did you receive any error message? Was there an attachment, too?

Thank you, I wish you a nice day. Kind regards.
