Unable to remove bottom menu in version 14

IN recent versions you were able to use the pull down menu to remove the hamburger menu at the bottom of your web page. cannot remove it in current version. need help please

Roger, please provide a screen shot of the issue, from your description I am not sure what the problem is.
Hamburger menu at the bottom of the page is in the footer perhaps?
