Why in second instance of instalation of website x5 i have not acces to Page section?

Hi!
My name is Mike and I have a licence for Web Site x5 Professional 14 for 2 computers: lapetop and desktop (my e-mail adress: ***).
Recently, I reinstal W10 on my desktop and all aplications was deletet from Program Files.
I reinstal Web Site x5 v14, I activate it but I don’t may work with here. The pages section don’t open and i haven’t access to page design and objects!
May you help me please?!

Does it happens also with a new project?
Try to repair the .NET Frameworks by following these steps:
Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and then click on OK.
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.6 and then click ok.
Once done test it again.

I'll also have to reinstall my Windows 10 now, so I don't know if this above advice was usefull? Therefore I wanted to check the advised procedure and I couldn't find the option of disabling MS.NetFramework. MS.NF is not visible in my Control Panel > Programs and Features. Maybe because Turning Windows features on or off is active but not reacting, nothing is changed when I click on it? So I'm afraid to reinstall my Windows 10 not to ruin everything I made at my builded site...

If it is not appearing problably there's an issue in windows since this function is generally visible in windows.
Export the projects as IWZIP files in step 5 so you will be able to reimport the projects and you have a backup copy of them.
