My computer with X5 v10 installed crashed. So I had to buy a new harddisk, install windows again and X5 v10. Since all data is on the NAS, I could easily reopen my saved .iwprj files. But the templates I used seem to have gone. So I wonder where I can retrieve those. I don't think I have made explicit backups of those since I thought they would be part of the projects.
Regards,
Rick

It's best to make backup's with step5 export project, the template file is for sure there.
But if the template is not in v10 ( I don't know if you used an older standard template) Else you need to make a new one.
You can use the graphixs from the website. But that's about it.
Or did you buy them? then maybe you can find them back in the store or in your profile (pulldown next to your name, again check I am not sure and I don't know where the templates youre missing came from.
But this is about it.
Best Regards,
Rick, if all else fails you could do as I have needed to in the past.
Using filezilla (or similar), log in to your host and copy the style folder down to your local PC. This holds the major components (header, footer, backgound) of your original template. With these files you should be able to recreate the project exactly as it was.
However, since all support for Version 10 ceased long ago, it seems like the perfect opportunity to move on to V14
