Templates Still will not load in X5 14 Pro.

I posted earlier and recieved a msg that said the issue had been resolved, go try again.
So far no joy. I have started X5 again and tried, no go.

PLease stick to 1 post for every issue, this makes searching this forum for users more effecient.
I am sure Incomedia will respond soon, they work during office days and hours from europe.
