Template will no longer load in X5 14 Pro

The templates no longer load from the one avalible in the X5 14 pro. Although I can choose a template, it begins to download after I sign in etc. But it quicly says the template can not updated. Do you want to continue Y N. I have chosen both If Yes it says Template not valid and says update the library (Done) if No it just clears the box.
How do I get templates back ?

There seem to be an issue with the templates.

In this case please delete the content in following folders on your computer:
C:\Users\ YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME \AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v13 - Professional\Templates
C:\Users\ YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME \AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v13 - Professional\WebCache
Once done start the program and then test it again.

That finally worked. It was X5 ver 14 that needed the cache clear, but I did the X5 13 first, although I assumed that the data in X5 14 was the issue.
