“Send” button

Where is the “send” button in the contact message block. The send button can be formatted but where it is ?
The visitor to web site can write message and there is no way to send it ???
How this can be resoved ?

There should be a send button, do you have a webpage?
Else check if the button does not have the same format as the page. (step2, text style, pulldown menu button)
If this is ok, try a full upload.
Else please post the URL of the site.
