Error while Project Loading on Professional v14

I am try to load my project on v14 professonal there is message coming as follows :-
" An error occured while loading the project
[ Root element are missing]"

That is a very strange message.
Did you load from another version or have used this project already in v14.
If you have been working on it in v14 before I suggest to restart pc and try again from a clean start of x5, else try the backup option.
