I am sorry for the inconvenience.
In order for me to intervene by manually deleting those fields, I would ask you to provide me with a copy of the project.
You can export it locally as IWZIP in Step 5, using the option "Export the project" and upload the file on WeTransfer.com or similar services, in order to provide a download link here.
