Evolution 10 to evolution 14

I made my website with evolution 10. I bought and installed evolution 14, imported the files but after that it is a mess. Template is not recognized and have a white template. Also not all of the photos and other images are not included. In short this does not work and I urgently need help how to correctly import evolution 10 into evolution 14.

Following your post I opened an old site it V10, exported it and then imported to V14.
As soon as it finished importing, I clicked preview. Did you do this or did you perhaps first click on one of the options in step 2 Template?
My project had a number of slide shows and images, all transferred seemlessly.
The only thing that is a bit of a mess is the header. Everything is still there but the header requires resizing under step2 Template, Template Structure and a little finessing under template content. My template is in tact.
Can you try the above again? Import the project again and when it has upgraded, simply press preview.
Please advise what happens (with screen shots?)

The template is not converted from V10 to V14. I use template Bioscoop en theater 1.

Beside that most of the pages are working hower on some pages in the preview mode V14 the page crashes.

Correction the PC does not crash but the preview mode of that page freezes V14 and I have to stop V14 by the taskmanager

I agree that after upgrade the template has been replaced as evidenced by you screen shot, but I do not understand how this could happen.
Have you tried following my steps above?
Import the iwzip (this will create a second version of your project), open it and then immediately do a preview? (please import again and test)
If this fails (which would surprise me), all of your original template is in tact and can be downloaded from your existing online website.
As for the freezing I have no immediate solutions, but suspect the issue to be something to do with remote retrieval from one drive?
You only appear to have a registered version of V10 Evo, what version of V14 are you importing to (Evo or Pro?), and is it a full version or the demo (with significant limitations)? I ask because even in the full version the preview has some limitations, in the pro version you can preview in a real brower, in the evo version it is necessary to export to disk and then open in a normal browser, I would be pleased to provide further details if requested.
Some templates are not avalable anymore, due too refreshment of older templates some have not been copied.
You can copy / export the one you have in v10 and import it back in another version
But I would suggest to choose a new one. Sometimes it's better to let go, new once are also better up do date to all version changes and internet evaluation.
The old one would be in need for a lot of handmade corrections to get it nicely up and running in newer versions.
remember you made a big step and there are a lot of chanches made in the meantime.

I have V14 Evo full version
I imported the iwzip and did a preview immediately but my original template did not show.
However after the iwzip is imported en before clicking it to open it I see the template (see the attachent)

Ja hoor. zeg het maar.
Maar veel meer kan ik er niet van maken dan al in het Engels gezegd te hebben.
Sommige templates zijn gewoonweg verouderd en passen niet meer in/op het huidige internet.
Af en toe updaten is echt niet erg, wil je het per se houden dan kan het uiteraard, exporteer of importeer de template, maar ik vermoed dat je daarna flink moet aanpassen. Als je wil kan ik je uiteraard helpen hiermee.
Mijn advies blijft moderniseer het. Het bespaart je veel werk en je website oogt veel meer up to date.

Bijzonder bedankt voor het overzetten. Heb hem inmiddels met succes geimporteerd.
Ik kan nu mooi oefenen want V14 is toch anders dan V10 en als ik het onder de 65 jarige knie heb dan pas ik ook de template aan.
Ik heb V10 ook nog draaien zodat de website nog wel up-to-date gehouden kan worden.
Nog wel even iets anders. Ik heb in september toen ik V10 nog had credits gekocht voor de aankoop van een button pakket. Echter omdat ik V10 had kon ik wel credits kopen maar niet het button pakker. Daarom ben ik overgestapt naar V14.
Bij V10 heb ik een andere inlogcode dan bij V14 en de credits staan niet bij de inlog V14 en kan dus geen buttons kopen.
Kunnen de credits naar mijn account V14 overgezet worden.
2 accounts is heel onhandig.
Maak een aparte privepost aan voor Incomedia om er 1 account van te maken.
Ik weet niet of dat kan, maar je kan ook vragen om credits over te zetten maar ik twijfel of ze dat doen.
Je bent voor nu in ieder geval geholpen met je template.
