In the shopping cart I have pictures I want to sell, differnt sizes for differnt amounts. I perfer to make it simple and have all the sizes under under one object in shopping cart (sub items) but the digital download only has room for 1 picture to be uploaded.
Can I create multiple sizes for the same shopping cart image, or should I just make 1 image size?
(site is not online so I can not show you)

If you want multiple prices then you need to make for every size 1 product. For digital products it is not possible at this moment to this another way.
You could make an IDEA post for this, maybe Incomedia can make options on didgital products in the future, it's not a bad IDEA!
Best Regards,
Hello LAUREN
You should be able to have different prices for different sizes for the same image.
Take a look at the template here :
https://market.websitex5.com/en/templates/live-preview/7e0e13a7-f153-433c-b25e-308986f2762
Look under Portfolio and then click under a type : Portraits, Weddings, Events.
Here you will find that you can see a different price for each image size and you can let the buyer choose between jpg or png.
If you liike the template you can buy the full template where you have all the material, and then you can customize it at your needs afterwards.
Kind regards
John S.
If you in my former post, click on "READ MORE" you will see a bit of a screenshot from the images
Hope you are helped by this
Information : You don't need to buy all the objects that the template uses. You can use another slider instead of the Swiper and the Masonry.
In my clip below, you will see that I myself, have bought this template but are not using the two sliders.
And Bookeo I don't use at all. Even the Bookeo object is free, the use of it is not.
Nice John,
But is the download digital?
Yes - the products is digital.
It is jpg and png images. It is files with the images.
It could also have been a bundle of images. and then a zip-file.
Only disadvantage is that it cannot be downloaded ( Hello Duncan ) immediately as digital products normally can, when buyed on the internet.
Waiting for INCOMEDIA on that point.
LAUREN - I hope you can use this.
Kind regards
John S.
Hello Andre and Lauren
Just took a check. INCOMEDIA has something to explain. The template is for selling digital products - images.
Andre - you had a good question, and I answered for the template. BUT - I cannot figure out how the customer should get the proper image. There is only one download link and not a link per option and suboption.
I would very much like INCOMEDIA to tell how the customer should be able to get what he pays for - no more no less.
INCOMEDIA - how should the template offer this ??????????????
You have to tell us - I bought the template from you.
Kind regards
John S.
Hello John,
Alright, let's wait for incomedia,I will set this post for them to respond.
But selling digital products does not mean that the template can make a download link or option. It does not claim that it does this automaticly.
What ???
If I want to buy a car and the material for that car, tell that the car has a modern navigation sytem built in, then I expect that it is a GPS system - not a paper-map that is put in a room in the frontdoor, I can take out and look in.
Take a look at the template and tell me honestly what you expect.
I did John, I did.
Don't get made at me, it's just what I have read and seen in the text of the template.
But have you read somethiing else then? I am curious, do you have a link or text?
I have read this:
You know what bothers with many photography website templates? They just don't make your photos dazzle. Instead, Photogram's fullscreen scrolling effects, fancy sliders and beautiful galleries let your shots do the talking. This modern one-page photography website template has been crafted to nicely display your art and grow your business. It's fully responsive, so you can show off your photos anytime from anywhere, and clients can reserve photoshoots directly from the booking form included. Topping it all off, a seamless social integration and an easy-to-use design. Even less tech-savvy photographers can build their online presence without any hassle. Whether you're a Beginner or a Pro, if you want to take your photography career to the next level, Photogram's your pick.
about the template.
Thanks,
What should be the meaning with this ?
You have different prices for different sizes.
What should be the meaning with this ????????????????????
Hello LAUREN R. and John S.,
The digital product allows to add only one file as download link and you can use the options to show all the files contained as example in a zip file which will be downloaded. Like all the sizes of file extensions included but it is not possible to sell different options from one digital product. If it has to be different then it will require to create a new product where you can add the different file.
Many thanks!
Hello Claudio
I had a question in my last post : What is the meaning with the template for selling digital products ( images ) , and here show that it should be possible to have different sizes and types - and there is different prices for this.
What is the meaning with this ????????
Hello John,
This template was made for Version 13 where the digital products were not available at the begin but where introduced only later.
It was meant to receive the order with the information of the type of image the customer wanted to receive and then to send it manually to the customer.
Many thanks!
Hello Claudio
In the template the products are made as digital products.
I bought this template as I was sure that it was digital downloads. I knew that ver. 13 and ver 14 that had been there a while when I bought it, had digital products.
I was curious to see how you had solved this.
I would never dream of, that a digital product as an image would have to be sold by mail.
And still is.
As the system cannot offer immediate download you could say that digital products could as well be sold by mail.
I feel that I have been tricked by this template - can I have my credits back please ?
Kind regards
John S.

I purchased this template too. I can still use the template but the biggest reason to purchase was the multiple sizes because I could not figure it out. (sometimes the purchase is worth the knowledge alone) . I got too excited. If I read this correctly I can't add multiple sizes of a download to a drop down menu, right? I guess I will be selling the large formats only. I will see if anyone has put them under the ideas section. I look forward to being able to change it in the future, Thank you
Like Claudio say's it's been made for v13 and the meaning behind it was to mail it manualy after payment. You can still do that.
Andre - it is OK that you totally love the software.
I also like the software, but I can also see what is good and what is not good.
If you have some pieces of paper that are in different greyscales from white to black, I will tell it is white when it is white. Light grey if it is light grey and dark grey if it is dark grey and black if it is black.
I will also tell it is white when it is white but not tell it is almost white when it is light grey and not tell it is white with a touch of grey when it is dark grey and not tell it is a kind of grey when it is black.
If INCOMEDIA from now on keep selling this template it will be illegal. They are now aware that people will see the template as a way to sell digital products. Ver. X 14 has had the digital option from the start and Ver 13 also have had it for a long time.
If they don't tell people that the template can NOT be used for selling digital products unless they do it by mail, they are breaking the law. This will also be the fact even if the company is Italian. They have to inform or they have to remove the template.
By the way - at the time they had the template as an offer, both ver 13 and ver 14 had digital products. And there was no information that the template only could function by using mail.
John,
I don't debat this, and I can understand that it does give a wrong sense of working methode, because the shop let's you buy pictures. But it just does not state anywhere that the template has the ability to digital and automaticly offer these. You assumed this yourself.
I see your point, realy I do, but try also to see it from the other side as well.
The working methode is like many other company's, they only tell you what it does, not what it does not do. That would be an endless list and if they forget something they get sued? That can't be right.
And in the above posts I only adressed the question of Lauren, I had no attention of offending you in any way. If you feel that way then I am sorry for that. But please again, don't blame me, I am just a user like you.
Take this up with Incomedia, they are fair and listen to their users and they should decide this and give you an answer. Well they did, but obiously you are not contempt with that.
So if you still don't feel satified I suggest to open a private post make a link to this topic, and take up the discussion without the interference from users.
Rrealy hope this helps you, it's just my point of view as a user, no more no less.
Best Regards John,
Andre
