Step 4 - Order Complete Screen shows before payment is Received

Hello,
The order complete screen shows before the user has completed the payment. How can I make the customer 1st pay before showing "Step 4 - Order Complete"? This is confusing to my customers.

Posted on the
first the order is completed, then the payment follows, the receipt of payment must be made depending on the payment method of the bank or the payment institution. It is not possible for all payment methods to keep the order open until the payment has been received.

You could customize the text, "Order complete" to "Order ready for payment" !!

Do I have to export the file and change "Order complete" to "Order ready for payment" manually using another editor?
Go to 1 Settings - Website Language - Icon right and search order complete to customize (in cart_step4 and more)
