Hello Ciro,
could I have a clarification? The folder where you would like to store the attachments sent is a specific folder within the root directory of the website, or a folder elsewhere entirely?

Specific folder within the root directory of the website is fine.  But I'm not necessarily married to that.  Essentially, I want the receipts submitted from the form mentioned above are placed into a folder for convenient access.

Hello Ciro,
in this case you should be able to achieve this by creating a folder inside the root directory, and then setting this folder as the folder with write access in Parameters - Data management.
You will also need to check with your hosting provider to make sure the right access permissions are applied for this specific folder.
