Instructions for poll object please

I purchased the Poll / Survey object. Created an SQL database table and changed the structure several times to try and get poll answers into the database. I know the database and table work because the DATABASE READER object allows me to see, add, and edit data.
However, when I submit a test poll by clicking "VOTE" I get this error message "Temporary error, please try later."
Why can't I find any instructions as to how to structure the fields in the database table to accept the data from the poll question?
Also, I'm assuming that each poll question requires a corrosponding table.
Where can I find documentation to support the object setup including the database structure?

You are correct, every object that needs a database needs a clean -own- database.
Just create the database at you hosting company and add the data in the database in x5 (step1 advanced TAB then data management.) No more then that is needed, the rest will be handeld by x5.

Once again, I found the resolution to an X5 issue in seconds by doing a Google search. This problem is resolved an now working. I used an existing database, DID NOT create any tables, and for each poll question, in table name field I assign a name that identifies that question.
