Template Issue

So I had a font issue when I went from Evolution 10 to Evolution 14 but that is now solved. I have a bigger issue now with templates. I exported my website form version 10 and imported into version 14. Everything is there and after fixing the font issue I thought it was all good to go.
The problem is the template never came over in the export/import. I have tried it 3 times now. This has my web site all a mess. I have to use my old computer with version 10 on it to fix the web site.
Is ther a way to get the template to transfer from version 10 to version 14 so I can use version 14 only now.

I should mention I used a standard template in version 10, just added pictures, images and diaolog where I wanted it.
Joe, I have never had this issue except if I visit step3 template, change template. My imported projects have always bought the template across.
However, if you are having issues you can export the template in V10 and import it into V14.

Assuming you have V10 running, you should find similar help for that version.
In the past, if I was desperate to recreate a template and had no other avenues, I simply used ftp and copied the style directory down to my PC, in V10 this is where the component images (top, bottom, bg, etc) that make up the template are stored.
