Looking up orders/tracking orders  en

Hi,

Our companies website has a section for retailers to place orders. I set it up through the shoping cart section.

Every so often we do not get orders that people send. In the past I have contacted our provider and they can reset the email server and it starts to work again but we do not get orders that were placed and never sent.

So my question is is ther a way to check and lookup all orders that were placed on our web site so I can make sure I am fulfilling my custoemrs needs.

I am going to add a copy of images and when the roder is palced you do get a confirmationnumber and if it is working properly the customer gets a confirmation email with there order and I get the order

Hello. If you have not been configured to save orders to the database, then you will not be able to check the already created orders.
