Imemail stopped working

I have started getting the following error once users complete the online email form, then press send;-
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /imemail/imEmailForm.php on this server.
Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
In addition to any help you can offer can you please advise me of the correct file permission structure of the imemail folder and its files

Try please to export the complete project online and then test it again.

Sorry to jump on but I am having the same issue as well that I built a customers website on, is there any solution?

i have completed that. I am now getting a JavaScript error
i got it using chrome browser this morning, but not safari, whilst using iPad with ios11

Hello Alan,
I made a test and it is working. On Safari can you please check if javascript is enabled and in case try to turn of private mode and then test it again.
