v13 has more customizations that i like.. i buy v14 pro and cant use it.. incomedia said that they are't selling v13 anymore.
i need v13 if anyone has here i will buy...

I am not sure if ownership can even be transferred.
V14 is far more customisable than V13 and with more flexibility (eg create a menu - anywhere)
Where you were having difficulties, did you ask for assistance??

while the version 13 is not available on our website, I confirm that we can possibly move a v13 licence on your account. Please note that if this licence has been used in order to enjoy a discount, you will unfortunately no longer have the possibly of enjoying the same discount the previous user did.
If someone wants to transfer their licence to you, they will need to get in touch with us in order to confirm the licence transfer.

i don't want discount it's not problem.. i just want to have a X5 Pro V13 to work without problems. i will pay for it. someone help me with this.. whats wrong with incomedia, i'm asking you old version of soft and i will pay 200$ for it. new verion costs 200$ and i'm paying same amount of money for old one. incomedia is loosing 200$ for just one woking license key? what's wrong with you guys? i can't understand this whatever explanation you have...
i don't want V14.. i will buy anyway v13 from someone but can't understand why incomedia loosing 200$ for just 1 old soft? strange...

if you have registered the first time with your email , you will not be able to give the other user because the serial number remains attached to your email address with which you registered. so to use, Giorgi should use your email
