Startup problem

When i want to use the software, i have to reinstall the program every time
The program opens Ok, then i click "start" and it show the projects i am working on, but when i open one it comes up with a message box saying "initialising project files" and it just sits there with the progress bar moving
If i reinstall the program and run it dor the first time everything works OK, one i close it and want to use it again, thats when the problem occurs
any ideas

Please disable the antivirus program and start WebSite X5 as administrator. Does this happen with a new project, too?

disabling av makes no difference
running as adminostartor all works ok

you should then please always start the program as administrator, in this way you will avoid this issue.

You can check the properties of the desktop icon under Compatibility "Run as administrator" (Windows 10 pro)
