Just done a few remotes to activate V9 this is the foolproof method we used:

If you have logged into here and it didn't say your account already exisits you are using the wrong email address and password that you used for V8..... It MUST say that you HAVE an account!! Then login.....

When you are in check MY LICENSES to see if your unlock codes etc... are there. They must be present!!

Then as Incomedia has said activate your product using the code they have given you in the email and these login details...... It worked everytime for us!!!

The only thing is remembering the login details you used to get your unlock code for V8 in the first place!!

Bit better in laymans terms don't cha think?

To me is not working... Where i do wrong or Incomedia do wrong i don't know.... But the point is i've bought aplication yesterday and they charged i recceve all of the codes and i have clean and updated operating sistem. Can someone help me or is this my error i dont know. Thank's Cheeky Man.
