First of all I am aware that one or 2 people had an issue last year and fixed the problem by removing and re-installing the webfont.
BUT
I suspect your solution is much easier.
https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Trade+Winds
If tradewinds is the font you are using (or close enough), add it as a Google Font. This is far more reliable.
Hi Robert,
please remopve the font and try to reinsert it by choosing Add Web Font . After that, please press CTRL+Preview to regenerate the preview.
Thanks! Kind regards.

thanks both .. but have put in now as google font .. but still not work in preview
Robert
You removed it as a webfont?
You added google font?
You put the import code in exactly as shown?
You placed a copy of the ttf somewhere on your PC and browsed to it?
You screen looks exactly like this??
PS - in WX5 v14 this is all built in, no need to download fonts and embed import code, it is simply a matter of point and click and WX5 does it all for you.
Hi Robert,
please follow Esahc's suggestion and explain step by step what do did, so we can see if you did everything correctly.
Thanks! Kind regards.
