You can export project by project from V12 under 5-Export "Export Project" (hope that is the term, I have only German version) to a folder of your harddisk as project.iwzip and than you can import this file in V14. But be aware that you need to make some changes in your projects due to changes in X5 V14 version.
In version 12 go to Export section, select export the project to wherever you want to save it to.
In version 14 click on Project Selection, on the right hand sice select Import, browse to the location when you saved from version 12. select the *iwzip file. Click Open. job done.
