How to change language in emailed contact form?

Does someone have experience with setting up email contact forms?
The contact form sends an email to selected address, it works fine. However the notice is written in Italian, not English. Where do I change the text or select language?

In Pro V14, open your project and on the first page you see, you can select the language you require.

The 'Content Language' is set to 'EN - English' and the email form still returns:
