I am using Firefox as a browser. I tried to insert an mp3 audio link onto an image so the music plays when someone clicks on the image. I cant hear the music at all. I just wondered what I am doing wrong. I also have wav files.Maybe it would be better to upload the wav files.  I would be grateful for any assistance. Thank you Valerie Kerr

Valerie, you are quite right, the sound file plays in any browser except Firefox. I do not know why.

Might it not be better to add a video/audio cell above or below the picture so people can click on the play button if they wish (or select auto-play if you want to force it on them)? If there are multiple images and sound files on a single page, you can even set it up to autoplay when the image becomes visible.

Are you happy with a workaround, or should we ask incomedia for assistance?

Thank you so much. I am going to try what you suggest attaching the music to a video file and see what happens.  Firefox works well for me as a browser. I had a lot of problems with other browsers a while back. Maybe I will switch back to Google chrome and see what happens. Maybe it will just work now. I will see.  thanks again for your help.

If I dont come right I will ask for help again.  Have a good day.
